Dubai flights update: Full list of airlines affected by regional disruptions
Route changes shape Middle East travel plans
DUBAI – Several airlines are gradually restoring services across the Middle East, while others continue to suspend or delay flights affecting Dubai routes.
The changes come as carriers review operations following regional tensions and airspace disruptions, leading to revised schedules for passengers travelling to and from Dubai.
Dubai remains among the key destinations affected, with several international airlines announcing different timelines for restarting services, extending cancellations or adjusting seasonal operations. From European carriers to Asian and North American airlines, flight plans continue to change as airlines monitor operational conditions.
Here is the latest update on airlines’ Dubai flight status, including suspended services, expected resumptions and revised timelines.
Aegean Airlines
Greece’s largest carrier Aegean Airlines has cancelled flights to Dubai until August 31. The airline has also suspended services to Erbil and Baghdad until September 30 as part of its revised Middle East schedule.
airBaltic
Latvia-based airBaltic resumed flights to Tel Aviv on July 1 but Dubai services remain suspended for a longer period. Flights to Dubai have been cancelled until October 24.
Air Canada
Air Canada has extended the suspension of flights to Dubai and Tel Aviv until October 24. The Canadian airline continues to adjust its Middle East operations amid ongoing regional travel disruptions.
Air France-KLM
Within the Air France-KLM group, Air France has suspended Dubai flights until July 5, while services to Tel Aviv remain paused until July 2 and Beirut flights until July 9.
KLM has extended the suspension of flights to Dubai, Riyadh and Dammam until August 23.
Cathay Pacific
Hong Kong carrier Cathay Pacific has suspended flights to Dubai and Riyadh until August 31. The airline continues to review its Middle East operations before announcing further updates.
Delta
US carrier Delta Air Lines has suspended its Atlanta to Tel Aviv service until December 18. The airline plans to restart New York-JFK to Tel Aviv flights on September 6, while its planned Boston to Tel Aviv route has been delayed until further notice.
Dubai services remain part of the wider regional schedule adjustments being monitored by airlines.
Finnair
Finnair has cancelled Doha flights until October 2 while continuing to avoid the airspace of Iraq, Iran, Syria and Israel.
The Finnish airline operates Dubai flights only during the winter season and is expected to restart those services in October.
British Airways and IAG
British Airways, owned by International Airlines Group, has delayed the return of Doha flights until August 1 and Riyadh services until August 8.
Flights to Dubai, Tel Aviv, Bahrain and Amman remain paused until the end of the summer season, with services scheduled to resume on October 25.
When operations restart, British Airways plans to reduce flights to Dubai, Doha, Riyadh and Tel Aviv to one daily service. The airline will also remove Jeddah from its destination network.
Japan Airlines
Japan Airlines has suspended scheduled Tokyo-Doha flights until August 31, while Doha-Tokyo services remain paused until September 1.
LOT Polish Airlines
LOT Polish Airlines cancelled flights to Riyadh until June 30 and plans to resume services on July 2.
The airline will restart its winter Dubai route from October, while flights to Beirut are planned to return during its Summer 2027 schedule.
Lufthansa Group
The Lufthansa Group continues to make changes across its Middle East network.
Lufthansa and ITA Airways resumed flights to Tel Aviv on July 1. However, Dubai services operated by Lufthansa and SWISS remain suspended until September 13.
Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines have also suspended flights to Abu Dhabi, Amman, Beirut, Dammam, Riyadh, Erbil, Muscat and Tehran until October 24.
Low-cost carrier Eurowings resumed flights to Beirut and Erbil on July 1 and plans to restart Tel Aviv flights on July 10. Remaining Middle East destinations are expected to return during autumn.
ITA Airways has separately extended its Dubai flight suspension until October 24 for operational reasons. Riyadh services remain suspended until July 31.
Malaysia Airlines
Malaysia Airlines will resume daily flights to Doha from July 2. Its second daily service will remain suspended.
Norwegian Air
Norwegian Air Shuttle has delayed planned launches of Tel Aviv and Beirut services indefinitely. No new restart dates have been announced.
Royal Air Maroc
Royal Air Maroc cancelled flights to Doha until June 30 and plans to resume operations on July 2.
Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines has extended the suspension of Singapore-Dubai flights until August 2.
The airline is adding additional capacity on Singapore-London Gatwick and Singapore-Melbourne routes from late March until October 24 to meet increased demand.
Turkish Airlines and SunExpress
Turkish Airlines joint venture SunExpress has cancelled flights to Dubai until June 30.
Services to Bahrain, Beirut and Erbil remain suspended until July 14.
Wizz Air
Low-cost carrier Wizz Air has suspended flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Amman from mainland European destinations until mid-September.
The airline continues to monitor conditions before confirming revised restart dates for affected routes.
